Responsible systems. Clear responsibilities.
Security is part of how access, data and operational processes are designed—not a substitute for defining who is responsible for them.
Access should follow the job.
Merchant workflows should assign access according to role and location. Refund authority, stock adjustments and integration credentials need explicit ownership. The exact controls and deployment arrangements are confirmed during solution design.

What this website does.
Public pages do not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The footer loads the Britixo logo directly from britixo.com; that server receives the network request needed to serve the image. Site search runs in the browser against a public content index; search terms are not sent to an analytics service.
The enquiry workflow uses server-side validation, an expiring verification link and a single-use verification process. An enquiry is forwarded to the team only after its email address is verified. Service emails use the configured server mail service.
Integration and operational review.
System connections need least-privilege credentials, a secure exchange method and a process for revocation and rotation. Sensitive data should be limited to what the task requires.
Before launch, agree backup, recovery, retention, supplier and incident responsibilities for the actual service. Report a suspected issue through the contact route without including passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Connected systems need clear access boundaries.
The more useful a connected stock and order system becomes, the more important it is to give staff the access their role needs. Product maintenance, refunds and inventory adjustments should have named responsibilities rather than shared credentials.
For the public contact form, Vehoo verifies the submitted email before forwarding an enquiry. Verification and confirmation messages come from noreply@vehoo.co.uk, with replies directed to corporate@vehoo.co.uk. Do not send passwords or card information through the form.
