We earn when you get sales. Our revenue comes from an agreed sales-linked fee, rather than an upfront website build or software setup charge. The rate, calculation and treatment of refunds are agreed before launch.
Do I keep ownership of my shop and stock?
Yes. You own your shop, your stock and your retail brand. Vehoo makes your business available online and connects the systems and delivery workflow around it. You do not need to buy a second stockholding just for the website.
Are POS, inventory and warehouse software included?
Yes. Vehoo offers the connected POS, inventory and warehouse management software at zero software cost as part of this model. We configure the tools around your operation and integrate suitable existing systems where practical.
Can you offer instant and one-day delivery?
Our aim is to bring every local shop online with instant and one-day delivery. Available delivery speeds depend on stock, the product, customer postcode, order time and delivery capacity. Customers see the available service at checkout.
Does zero upfront cost mean every order has no costs?
Zero upfront cost covers Vehoo setup and the included business software. Vehoo earns through the agreed sales-linked fee. Payment processing and delivery arrangements are explained before launch so you can understand the amount retained from each sale.
What sales fee will my business pay?
We agree the rate and calculation with you before launch, including how refunds and cancelled orders are treated. No universal percentage is published here.
Does Vehoo take ownership of my stock?

Can Vehoo manage marketplace channels too?
Yes. Fully managed services are available for Amazon, eBay, Etsy and AliExpress, subject to seller and product eligibility. We agree channel responsibilities and explain marketplace fees before starting.
