Digital signatures at dispatch & delivery

A completed handover deserves a clear record. Vehoo’s connected delivery workflow supports digital signature capture at dispatch and at customer delivery, linking the confirmation to the order and the relevant event. Your shop can see when goods leave its care and when the delivery handover is recorded.

Record the prepared order, handover time and the authorised person releasing or receiving the goods. A dispatch signature records that handover; it does not mean the customer has received the order.

Capture the delivery confirmation through the agreed driver or carrier workflow. Where supported, attach the recipient’s name, timestamp and digital signature to the order, with access limited to the people who need the evidence.

A missing signature, refused delivery or unavailable recipient remains an exception, not a completed delivery. The workflow records the outcome and routes the next action to the responsible team.
