What this release uses
The public information pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. When the enquiry form is used, a necessary session cookie named VEHOOSESSID supports request validation, email verification and client account access. It is configured as HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and Secure on HTTPS.
How long it lasts
The session cookie is a browser-session cookie. Portal access expires after one hour without account activity or twelve hours after sign-in. You can verify your email again to resume saved answers. Server sessions are also subject to the host’s cleanup policy. The enquiry verification link has its own 45-minute expiry.
Search and external services
Site search downloads a public page index and filters it in memory. It does not save search terms in local storage. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link; cookies used on that external service are governed by its own notice.
Your browser controls
You can clear or block cookies through your browser. Blocking the necessary session cookie can prevent the enquiry form from completing securely. There are no optional cookie categories to enable in this release.
Future changes
If analytics, advertising or embedded services are added, this notice and the relevant consent arrangements must be updated before those technologies are enabled.
The form session has a specific purpose.
The necessary session connects the enquiry you submit with the verification steps that follow. It helps reject requests that do not belong to the form session and does not subscribe you to marketing.
The business-model flow is ordinary HTML and CSS. Viewing it does not require an external diagram service, tracking script or additional cookie.
