Retail analytics & reporting

Understand sales alongside fulfilment, stock exceptions and delivery economics.

Look beyond the sales total.

Online revenue is useful, but it does not reveal whether orders are profitable or operationally manageable. Delivery charges, preparation effort, refunds and support contacts can change the picture.

Vehoo reporting is scoped around decisions. Compare what sold with how it was fulfilled, then use the exceptions to improve the process before widening the offer.

Define the right scope

What we establish together.

  • Reporting sources, refresh frequency and reconciliation responsibility.
  • Net versus gross sales definitions and treatment of refunds and taxes.
  • Relevant delivery, support and managed-service costs.
  • Branch-level access and the detail available to different roles.
An illustrative retail scenario

A high-value order may generate less contribution than a smaller order if it requires a costly specialist delivery and extensive support. Comparing the actual costs helps decide which products and destinations to offer.

This example explains the workflow; it is not a customer case study or a performance claim.

Before you get started

Your questions, answered.

Will I see sales by branch?

Branch-level reporting can be scoped where order and stock records identify the relevant location.

Does GMV mean Vehoo revenue?

No. GMV describes the value of merchandise sold under the agreed definition. Platform fees and service revenue are separate.

Can reports include delivery costs?

Yes, where reliable cost data is available and included in the reporting scope.

Are revenue forecasts guaranteed?

No. Reporting describes recorded activity; plans and projections depend on assumptions and future performance.

Can I export reports?

Export formats, fields and permissions are confirmed as part of the solution.

Putting it into practice

Understand what a sale leaves behind.

Sales reporting is useful when it sits alongside stock, payment and delivery information. Review the products customers choose, the orders your team can prepare smoothly and the exceptions that create extra work. The included reporting tools bring these operational questions into the same conversation.

Because Vehoo earns when you get sales, the review should also explain the commercial result. Look at the agreed sales-linked fee, payment costs, delivery and refunds alongside merchandise value. Use those facts to decide which products, fulfilment options or working practices to improve.
